There was excitement in many communities across the three senatorial districts of Ekiti State on Thursday as Governor Kayode Fayemi flagged off the construction of 1,000km of rural roads. Dr. Fayemi, who described the project as another dividend of democracy, said it was part of the fulfilment of promises he made to the people of the state during the electioneering for the 2018 governorship election.
